Product information "Haftgrund ELF 3720 Protect weiß - 15 l"

Brillux ELF 3720 Protect Adhesion Primer – adhesion-promoting primer with film protection

Brillux ELF 3720 Protect Adhesion Primer is a pigmented primer that promotes adhesion on non-absorbent or slightly absorbent substrates, supplemented by film protection against algae and fungal attack on the coating. It is suitable for exterior render, concrete and firmly adhering, sound existing coatings.

The primer extends the open time of subsequent coats, is particularly suitable for surfaces exposed to oblique light, and is weather-resistant and low-odour.

What sets this product apart

  • Protect features: Protect quality with film protection against algae and fungal growth.
  • Area of application: for external use.
  • Promotes adhesion and strengthens the surface.
  • Extends the open time of subsequent coats.
  • Weather-resistant, low-odour, vapour-permeable.

What does ‘Protect’ mean?

This formulation features additional film protection against algae and fungal growth on the coating and is intended for external use. The protective effect depends, amongst other things, on the location and moisture exposure.

How much primer do I need?

Coverage is approximately 150–200 ml/m² per coat.

  • 5 litres: approx. 25–33 m²
  • 15 litres: approx. 75–100 m²

These coverage figures apply to a single coat and may vary depending on the substrate and application method.
