Wallpapers with classic and baroque patterns
With their classic wallpaper collections, English manufacturers such as Little Greene, Designers Guild, Osborne & Little or Cole & Son keep a wallpaper tradition alive that partly goes back to the 17th century. Many of the patterns used have been used almost unchanged since that time until today. Others were taken from archives and brought back to life only a few years ago. During production, today's quality demands are combined with extremely elaborate, historical wallpaper printing processes.
The patterns range from typical form of outstanding epochs to floral themes and representational designs. Wallpaper from baroque, rococo, classicism, art nouveau or the English Arts and Crafts Movement are represented as well as modern classics and retro classics of the 1960s and 1970s.
Classic wallpaper evokes timeless beauty and can be combined with many modern furniture designs.

Classic wallpapers: Timeless elegance for your home
In today's world of modern interior design trends and minimalist designs, classic wallpapers are experiencing a remarkable renaissance. These timeless treasures have the ability to add a special elegance and sophistication to any room, which is characterised by their rich history and diverse patterns.
Classic wallpapers are characterised by their often intricate and detailed designs. From delicate floral patterns to magnificent damask motifs, they exude an aura of tradition and refined taste. The colour palette of classic wallpapers ranges from muted, earthy tones to vibrant jewel tones, allowing them to integrate seamlessly into a variety of interior styles.
A special charm of classic wallpapers lies in their ability to bring a touch of history and nostalgia to your modern rooms. They are reminiscent of bygone eras where craftsmanship and attention to detail took centre stage. When looking at a classic wallpaper, you can feel transported to another time, which creates a unique atmosphere.
Another advantage of classic wallpapers is their versatility. They can be used in different rooms, be it the living room, bedroom, dining room or even the hallway. Depending on the pattern and colour scheme chosen, they can influence the mood of the room - from cosy and inviting to elegant and regal.
Installing classic wallpaper often requires a little more effort than modern alternatives. Precision and patience are required to ensure the patterns are perfectly aligned and create a seamless overall look. But the results are undoubtedly worth it. A well-chosen classic wallpaper can add a unique depth to your room and make it a real eye-catcher.
In an era where trends often come and go, classic wallpapers offer a timeless beauty that endures. They are more than just wall coverings - they are works of art that capture the essence of times gone by and fuse them with the present. If you're looking for a way to add a touch of elegance to your home, it's definitely worth exploring the diverse world of classic wallpapers.
