Mouvements

The Mouvements collection by Élitis resembles a modern art gallery with stunning works.

Unusual materials gradually reveal the movements of the artist, whose energy can be recognised in the hatching, ripples and inscriptions. The wallpaper almost vibrates in its surface. Glossy lacquer or various layers in shiny satin and indentations in matt, with new material from laser technology. The disorganised pattern is surprisingly soft and convincing.

Two completely new digital techniques are used for these wallpapers: lacquered 3D printing and laser engraving. Each technique creates new effects.
With the 3D printing technique, the ink is applied a few millimetres thick, whereby the glossy surface contrasts very attractively with the matt background and creates volume that you can feel when you touch it.
With laser engraving, a silky matt aspect is created on the cut surface and the material appears in a completely different light, more matt and with a mysterious relief.
