Brillux Neofill 1892 – self-levelling filler for pump application

Brillux Neofill 1892 is a self-levelling filler designed for efficient application using diaphragm and piston pumps. It is used to create smooth, paintable and wallpaper-ready substrates on interior ceilings and walls.

As an alternative to conventional filling, it is suitable for sound substrates such as gypsum plaster, exposed concrete, plasterboard and gypsum fibreboard, joint-filled flat brickwork and intact emulsion paint finishes. The compound is low-emission, free from preservatives, solvents and plasticisers, and complies with the requirements of the AgBB.

What sets this product apart

  • Self-levelling with a levelling effect.
  • Surface suitable for wallpapering and painting without the need for further smoothing or sanding.
  • Can be applied using diaphragm and piston pumps, as well as by hand.
  • Up to 2 mm layer thickness per application.
  • Easy to sand and ready for application.
  • Composition: Free from preservatives, solvents and plasticisers.
  • Application: for interior use.

How much material do I need?

Coverage is approx. 1.0 l/m² per mm of film thickness.

  • 15 litres: approx. 15 m²

These coverage figures apply to a 1 mm layer thickness and may vary depending on the substrate and application method.

The substrate must be sound; application is carried out using diaphragm or piston pump sprayers.
