Brillux PCC Fine Filler 804 – cement-based fine filler for concrete

Brillux PCC Fine Filler 804 is a polymer-modified, cement-bound filler for partial and full-surface filling of pre-treated and reprofiled concrete surfaces from C12/15 upwards. It is also suitable for filling cable and pipe slots, filling voids and pores, and for smoothing untreated concrete surfaces.

This single-component levelling compound is highly stable and offers excellent adhesion, even when applied overhead. It can be trowelled and also applied using the wet spraying method. It is used in particular for the post-treatment of concrete surfaces reprofiled with PCC Filling Mortar 805 as part of the Brillux Concrete Repair System.

Product features

  • Plasticiser-modified, cement-bound fine filler, single-component.
  • For layer thicknesses of 0.5–6 mm.
  • For repairs in accordance with the DAfStb Repair Guideline 2001-10.
  • Excellent adhesion, high stability.
  • No problems even when applied overhead.
  • Can be applied with a felt pad or by wet spraying.

How much material do I need?

Consumption is approx. 1.7 kg/m² of dry mortar per mm of layer thickness.

  • 25 kg: approx. 15 m²

These coverage figures apply to a layer thickness of 1 mm and may vary depending on the substrate and application method.

The mortar is highly alkaline; the application instructions in the technical data sheet must be followed.
