Brillux PCC Filling Mortar 805 – polymer-modified reprofiling mortar for concrete

Brillux PCC Filling Mortar 805 is a polymer-modified cement mortar for repairing and re-profiling concrete structures. It is used as a repair mortar for the restoration of concrete, prestressed concrete and reinforced concrete structures, with the mortar being structurally integrated when applied by spraying or by hand.

The mortar is suitable for the repair of chloride-damaged columns in car parks and underground car parks, and for the reinforcement of damaged reinforced concrete structural elements. It can be used to increase the cover thickness of the reinforcement to achieve enhanced fire resistance (building material class A1, non-combustible).

What sets this product apart

  • Polymer-modified cement mortar for re-profiling concrete.
  • For layer thicknesses of approx. 10–60 mm.
  • For repairs in accordance with the DAfStb Repair Guideline 2001-10.

How much material do I need?

Consumption is approx. 1.85–2.0 kg/m² of dry mortar per mm of layer thickness.

  • 25 kg: approx. 12–14 m²

These coverage figures apply to a layer thickness of 1 mm and may vary depending on the substrate and application method.

The mortar is applied as part of a system comprising PCC-Basisschutz 801.
