Brillux Reprofill K 765 – polymer-modified rapid-setting repair mortar for concrete

Brillux Reprofill K 765 is a polymer-modified cement mortar for reprofiling damaged areas of concrete. It serves as a rapid-setting repair mortar for the partial repair of defects and spalling within the Brillux Concrete Protection System, both externally and internally, for non-structurally critical concrete repairs.

The single-component mortar sets quickly and can be applied without the need for a separate bonding slurry. It is characterised by excellent wet adhesion, stability, high compressive strength and extremely low shrinkage, and can be trowelled. It is also suitable for the rapid repair of concrete damage on structures intended to be fitted with an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS).

Product features

  • Polymer-modified, single-component cement mortar.
  • For layer thicknesses of 3–40 mm.
  • Can be applied without a separate bonding slurry.
  • Integrated corrosion protection from 10 mm of cover over the reinforcing steel.
  • Excellent wet bond strength and stability.
  • Extremely low shrinkage, fast-setting.
  • Can be finished with PCC Fine Filler 804.

How much material do I need?

Consumption is approx. 1.6 kg/m² of dry mortar per mm of layer thickness.

  • 15 kg: approx. 9.4 m²

These coverage figures apply to a layer thickness of 1 mm and may vary depending on the substrate and application method.
