Brillux Secocret 449 – Facade coating for aerated concrete wall panels

Brillux Secocret 449 is a weather-resistant, high-build façade coating based on a silicone resin emulsion and acrylate. It is designed to provide long-lasting surface protection and to finish aerated concrete wall panels in external applications, either as a slurry coat or with a textured finish.

The coating is water-repellent, resistant to driving rain, permeable to water vapour and resistant to industrial emissions. It is suitable for both initial and renovation coatings and complies with the guidelines of the aerated concrete manufacturing industry.

How much material do I need?

The amount of material required depends on the coating system.

  • 25 kg for the initial coat: up to approx. 14 m² at a minimum of 1.8 kg/m² for two coats combined.
  • 25 kg for the renovation coat: approx. 36 m² at approx. 700 g/m² for a single coat.

Depending on the desired texture and substrate, consumption may be higher.
