Brillux Rolled Waste Paper 1521 – Underlay for levelling the substrate

Brillux Rolled Waste Paper 1521 is a wallpaper underlay designed to level the substrate and compensate for tension. It is used as an underlay for heavy wallpapers to be hung butt-to-butt, as well as for high-quality or translucent wallpapers that require an even substrate colour.

This evenly absorbent underlay, made from raw wallpaper paper, provides the basis for professional wallpapering. It is pre-trimmed and can be applied immediately without a soaking time; it is applied using special wallpaper paste mixed with 20% emulsion adhesive.
