A geological map is often a colourful interpretation of the geological features of a particular area. Oxford Clay is the name of the yellow-brown area in the upper left corner. This mural of a map from 1891 shows parts of Wales and England and has been carefully hand coloured. The motif consists of 8 panels (á 0.50m x 2.70m). The backing material is a high-quality non-woven, which makes it very easy to apply. The wall is pasted and the panels are placed directly on the wall.
