The wallpaper shows numerous framed historical illustrations, plant studies, animals and graphic documents in an even arrangement. Notes from a botanist's archive. The journal draws on the sepia-coloured pages of early zoological and botanical studies, hand-drawn diagrams, annotations and detailed engravings. It exudes the atmosphere of a scholar's study, where knowledge, travelling and wonder meet. Its muted colour tones are versatile enough for any environment, from the hallway to the living area. The varied pattern looks like a curated collection and creates an inspiring, cosy atmosphere.
