The wall tiles in the form of superimposed circles are made of Capiz. This type of shell is harvested on the Philippine island of Samal, after which the collection is named. The mother-of-pearl material is hand-colored and cut into geometric shapes in Southeast Asia. Each capiz shell is unique in color and texture. This makes each tile an exclusive wall covering. The colour nuances of the material vary depending on the incidence of light, creating a surprising and constantly changing effect on the wall.
Each tile has a format of 0.516m x 0.394m. The tiles can be combined to create different shapes.
The tiles are supplied in a set of 5 tiles. A set can be extended by any number of additional sets. One set covers an area of 0.78sqm.
