Brillux Ultrasil HP 1901 – Sol-silicate external wall paint without added biocides

Brillux Ultrasil HP 1901 is a single-component sol-silicate exterior paint without added biocides, designed for highly water-vapour-permeable coatings on sound mineral substrates such as exterior render, silicate render HP, lime-sand brickwork and silicate and mineral paint coatings. It is also suitable for use on sound, matt organic existing coatings, particularly on historic and listed buildings, and as a protective coat in external thermal insulation systems.

This matt paint, based on the Sol-Xtreme-Sol silicate binder, provides protection against algae and fungi without the addition of biocides (Hybrid-Protect). It is weather-resistant, offers high coverage, is particularly colour-stable and shows low susceptibility to soiling whilst retaining a mineral character.

What sets this product apart

  • Single-component Sol-silicate façade paint, without added biocides to combat algae and fungi.
  • Matt, weather-resistant.
  • Vapour-permeable: the coating allows water vapour to pass through.
  • Highly opaque and exceptionally colour-fast.
  • Low susceptibility to soiling.
  • Non-combustible, A2 - s1,d0 in accordance with DIN EN 13501.
  • Mineral-based, suitable for use on listed buildings.

How much paint do I need?

Coverage is approx. 130–160 ml/m² per coat.

  • 10 litres: approx. 62–77 m²
