Product information "Hydro-PU-Spray Filler 2120"

Brillux Hydro-PU-Spray Filler 2120 – Premium filler for spray application

Brillux Hydro-PU-Spray Filler 2120 is a premium filler for particularly high-quality and efficient primer and intermediate coats applied by spraying. It is suitable for wood and wood-based materials, metals, non-ferrous metals and paintable plastics, for example on doors, door frames and radiators in interior applications.

When used in a system with Hydro-PU-Spray topcoats, only two spray coats are required, which is particularly cost-effective for projects involving numerous doors and door frames. The filler is water-based, low-odour and formulated using PU binder technology.

What sets this product apart

  • Base material: Water-based, low-odour.
  • Suitable for airless and AirCoat spraying methods.
  • Good filling and covering power.
  • Excellent stability (up to 250 µm wet film thickness).
  • Excellent flow properties.
  • Applications: for interior use, also as an intermediate coat on radiators (heat-resistant up to +80 °C).

How much material do I need?

Coverage is approx. 170–200 ml/m² per coat.

  • 2.5 litres: approx. 12–15 m²
  • 5 litres: approx. 25–29 m²

These coverage figures apply to a single coat and may vary depending on the substrate and application method.
