The charming design of the Letaba March wallpaper by Cole & Son features a parade of large and small animals meandering to the watering hole. The Letaba, a tributary of the Olifants River, is the setting for this wonderful scene of playful monkeys, big cats, giraffes, and elephants. Every square inch of this large-scale motif is bursting with colour. The elephants' large ears, tusks and even their skins are decorated with festive embellishments reminiscent of Zulu beadwork.
The wallpaper has a matt finish. The backing material is a high-quality non-woven. This makes it very easy to apply. The wall is pasted and the strips are attached directly to the wall.

The wallpaper manufacturer Cole & Son was founded in 1873 in North London. In the 50s and 60s of the last century, Cole & Son worked together with numerous contemporary artists. This resulted in wallpaper classics such as the vintage wallpaper Woods or the shabby chic wallpaper Hick's Hexagon.
Other well-known wallpapers by Cole & Son are the works by Piero Fornasetti and the wallpapers that were developed in collaboration with Ardmore Design. Cole & Son is still based in the British capital today and continues to produce the wallpapers using classic printing methods.
