Product information "Wallpaper Painterly - 351262"

The vinyl wallpaper features vertical stripes in colours inspired by classic Dutch painting. Depending on the colour scheme, the pattern quotes works by Carel Fabritius, Johannes Vermeer or Jan Davidsz de Heem. Its feel is reminiscent of 19th century wall coverings. The surface is characterised by a subtle sheen that creates depth and an elegant look in the room.

The pattern can also be applied horizontally to the wall.

The wallpaper was created in a collaboration between the traditional Dutch wallpaper brand Eijffinger and the famous Mauritshuis painting museum in The Hague. The museum is home to some of the most famous works of Dutch painting, including works by Jacob van Ruisdael. The Eijffinger design team has taken a close look at the exquisite details of the artworks and reinterpreted them. Figurative classics from the museum have been transformed into abstract, eye-catching patterns.

The special width of the wallpaper makes the pattern stand out particularly well.

The backing is made of high-quality non-woven fabric. This makes hanging the wallpaper very easy. Paste is applied to the wall, and then the wallpaper is hung directly onto the wall.
