The panoramic wallpaper features an organic pattern of irregular, fragmentary surfaces interspersed with gold-coloured lines. Depending on the colour scheme, gold or silver-coloured lines printed with metallic pigments provide accents.
The vinyl surface with a plaster look and natural feel is embossed during the production of the wallpaper. This texture creates a subtle interplay of light and shadow.
The pattern pays homage to the Japanese technique of kintsugi. In this artful craft, broken ceramics are reassembled and the broken areas are refined with gold. Instead of hiding the damage, it is emphasised, giving the repaired object a characteristic aesthetic. The golden lines create abstract patterns.
The design is supplied in a set of several panels. It can be extended horizontally as required with additional sets.
The backing is made of high-quality non-woven fabric. This makes hanging the wallpaper very easy. Paste is applied to the wall, and then the wallpaper is hung directly onto the wall.
