The wallpaper features a regular pattern of square areas that interlock in a gentle braided pattern. A slight ombré effect adds dynamism.

The wallpaper is made by hand from abaca. Abaca or "Manila hemp" is one of the most hard-wearing natural fibres there is. It is obtained from the heart of the banana plant in Ecuador or the Philippines and is popular in haute couture fashion and exclusive interior design. It enables the creation of rich colours but also light transparency.

The backing is made of high-quality non-woven fabric. This makes hanging the wallpaper very easy. Paste is applied to the wall, and then the wallpaper is hung directly onto the wall.
