The wallpaper features paper tiles that are applied by hand as a second layer on a paper background. The rectangles are framed by bold, irregularly drawn lines. The clear structure and the slightly varying contours lend the pattern a graphic character.
The designers Marie Papillaud and Vincent Gevin, with whom Élitis collaborated on this wallpaper, were inspired by Japanese paper art.
The wallpaper is handmade. There may therefore be dimensional deviations in the arrangement of the pattern. This contributes to the characteristic expression of the high-quality product.
The manufacturer states that the product can be applied in a free-hanging pattern or aligned with the repeat, allowing different pattern variations to be created. We recommend planning the pattern offset precisely in order to achieve a harmonious overall look.
The backing is made of high-quality non-woven fabric. This makes hanging the wallpaper very easy. Paste is applied to the wall, and then the wallpaper is hung directly onto the wall.
