The wallpaper features a pattern of tiny flowers and blossoms in small circles with delicate floral elements inside. It is reminiscent of button patterns and is inspired by an embroidered men's waistcoat from the late 18th century, which is part of the Royal Ceremonial Dress Collection managed by Historic Royal Palaces. The soft colour palette also creates a friendly, homely atmosphere in modern interiors.
The wallpaper was created as part of a collaboration between GP & J Baker and Historic Royal Palaces, a charitable organisation that manages the Royal Ceremonial Dress Collection and the uninhabited palaces of the British royal family on behalf of the British Ministry of Culture.
The backing is made of high-quality non-woven fabric. This makes hanging the wallpaper very easy. Paste is applied to the wall, and then the wallpaper is hung directly onto the wall.
