The wallpaper shows an idyllic hunting scene in a wide river landscape. Hunters in colourful garments move between trees, grasses and water surfaces with their dogs. The design is based on a series of engravings by the 18th century sporting painter and engraver Samuel Alken. Ducks and game birds fly up in between. The detailed scene combines fine lines with soft colour tones and creates an atmospheric landscape in the style of traditional hunting scenes.

The particularly wide wallpaper panels do full justice to the composition and bring typical English ornamentation to the wall.

The wallpaper has a width of 1.32 m and is applied using a double cut technique. The double cut ensures that the seams of the wallpaper panels fit together so perfectly that no transition is visible. We recommend having the wallpaper applied by a professional.
