Product information "Wallpaper Kashmiri - Sorbet"

The wallpaper features a large-scale pattern of abstract flowers and leaves. The floral elements consist of countless small, dot-like lines that are reminiscent of fine embroidery and give the pattern a textile, textured effect. The harmonious interplay of organic shapes and graphic lines gives the wallpaper a lively yet elegant look. Warm colours create a cosy and expressive effect in the room.

The pattern is inspired by a historic Indian muslin shawl. The particularly wide wallpaper panels do full justice to the artistic composition.

Wallpapers by Lewis & Wood have a width of up to 1.34 m and are applied using a double cut technique. The double cut ensures that the seams of the wallpaper panels fit together so perfectly that no transition is visible.

Lewis & Wood

The wallpaper and fabric manufacturer Lewis & Wood is based in Gloucestershire in the south-west of England. The often large-scale patterns are created in collaboration with artists or are inspired by historical artefacts - including those from the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.

Lewis & Wood was founded in 1993 by Stephen Lewis and Jonathan Wood with the aim of creating high-quality wallpapers and fabrics outside the mainstream. Production continues to this day in a historic mill building near Stroud. A special feature of the wallpapers is their width of up to 135 cm, which gives the patterns a generous effect and ensures a calm, two-dimensional overall look.

The patterns go particularly well with English country house style interiors and classically elegant living concepts. Thanks to their painterly appearance, they also create stylish accents in eclectic interiors.
