Lucky O's - wallpaper with abstract wave motif by Moooi by Arte.
The motif consists of overlapping circles, which are made of wafer-thin wood veneer in marquetry technique. From a distance they look like abstractly drawn, rolling waves.
Carrier material of the veneer is a high-quality fleece, which makes the application very easy. The wall is painted with special non-woven paste and the sheets are glued directly to the wall.

The Dutch design studio Moooi was founded in 2001 by Marcel Wanders and quickly made a name for itself with its innovative collections, which range from furniture to lighting fabrics and wallpaper to vases and other accessories. The collaboration with Belgian wallpaper label Arte combines the production know-how of a global brand with the extravagant ideas of the Moooi team, based in Breda, between Rotterdam and Antwerp.
