Paint & Paper Library was founded in London over twenty years ago by interior designer David Oliver and initially made a name for itself internationally amongst interior designers as a paint manufacturer. The company’s wallpaper collections, which are mostly inspired by flora and natural landscapes, make use of both traditional and digital printing techniques. The Paint & Paper Library colour palette is used to colour the designs.
