The patterned wallpaper is adorned with ornaments of abstract shapes that have been rhythmically combined. The pattern is inspired by a stencil painting from the collection of the Kalmar Museum. Stencil painting was a popular method of wall decoration for centuries. The pattern used here dates from the 19th century. The harmonious design conveys an orderly and decorative impression that fits in very well with the Swedish country house style.
For the Anno II collection, the Boråstapeter pattern has been painstakingly reproduced and carefully adapted in terms of colour.
The product is produced on a high quality non-woven backing. This makes it very easy to apply: The wall is pasted and the panels are glued directly onto the wall.
