Sumatra depicts a mystical scene of palm-fringed jungle temples in Indonesia. The focal point is the magnificent Sumatran tiger as it gazes out over its kingdom. The two-tone motif takes its inspiration from French Toile de Jouy patterns and exudes a desire for travel and nature in your home.

The opulent designs from House of Hackney make a striking statement in the room. The label was literally founded at a London kitchen table in 2011. As a deliberate alternative to the minimalist design ideas of many British designers at the end of the 2000s, Frieda Gormley and Javvy Royle's label still draws on the full range of British tradition for its luxurious wallpapers and fabrics. The patterns of William Morris, one of the most important designers of the 19th century, are also one of the many sources of inspiration for the fabrics and wallpapers from House of Hackney. The products are mainly manufactured in small British factories, which have often built up specialised technical expertise over generations.

For the Barbour x House of Hackney clothing collection, the traditional British label Barbour from South Shields has collaborated with House of Hackney. The classic Barbour wax jacket was combined with the Artemis pattern or the waterproof cape with the Saturnalia patchwork. The aim of this unusual collaboration is to bring together Barbour's beautiful, functional clothing with the iconic style of House of Hackney.
