Scarlet 'n' Rust 316 - A deep, mysterious colour that comes from the high-quality combination of cardinal red and brown oxide.

Pure Flat Emulsion by Paint & Paper Library is a very matt, water-based emulsion paint with a soft, chalky finish. The high concentration of colour pigments ensures colour depths on interior walls and ceilings. The paint is breathable, low-odour and environmentally friendly.
