Architects’ Matt combines aesthetics with durability. With a gloss level of just 2 per cent, this wall and ceiling paint combines a powdery matt finish with mechanical resilience. Whilst matt surfaces are often sensitive to touch, Architects’ Matt offers excellent resistance to wear and stains. Dirt can be removed without causing the surface to become glossy. In addition, the high pigment content ensures exceptional colour depth and gives rooms that classic English look.

When compared directly with Pure Flat Emulsion from Paint & Paper Library, Architects’ Matt is the first choice for rooms where aesthetics and practicality go hand in hand. Despite its matt finish, the wipeable surface makes this emulsion paint ideal for:
- Kitchens & dining areas: protection against splashes and stains
- Hallways & corridors: resistance to streaks and mechanical abrasion
- Children’s bedrooms: Safety combined with good cleanability
Application
This emulsion paint is characterised by minimal dripping and excellent flow, which minimises the formation of roller marks.
For a perfect finish, the paint must be applied in two coats using a high-quality synthetic paint roller or a brush with synthetic bristles.
To ensure optimum adhesion and maximum colour depth, it is essential to prepare the surface with Architects’ All Surface Primer (ASP) from Paint & Paper Library. This ensures even absorption and guarantees the longevity of the finish.
