When complete washability and resistance to stains and scuffing are required, Modern Emulsion is the absolute high performance alternative to Estate Emulsion. With a slightly higher gloss, this product is well suited for kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, children's rooms and other high traffic areas. Available in all 132 colours. Low VOC content. Fully washable. Water based.

Modern Emulsion by Farrow & Ball is the more robust alternative to the slightly more matt Estate Emulsion. The wall and ceiling paint is wipeable and has a higher resistance to stains and abrasions. With its slightly higher gloss level, this emulsion paint is well suited for kitchens, bathrooms, corridors, children's rooms and other high-traffic areas. It is water-based and has a low VOC content.
