The matte and robust paint by Little Greene
Intelligent Matt Emulsion is one of Little Greene’s most popular products. It combines a matt, typically English finish (2% gloss) with exceptional resistance to mechanical wear and tear. It is extremely easy to wipe clean without developing a sheen. In everyday use, fingerprints and smudges can be easily removed with warm soapy water.
The special features of Intelligent Matt Emulsion

Applications
Intelligent Matt Emulsion serves as a universal solution for the entire interior. Its formulation also allows it to be used in high-traffic areas such as hallways, stairwells, kitchens and children’s bedrooms. Even mechanical impacts from bicycle handlebars or school bags against the wall leave no permanent marks.
Its application is not limited to ceilings and walls. It is equally suitable for wood, metal (including radiators), plastic, uPVC, melamine, as well as tiles and glass. This enables a consistent colour scheme across different surfaces using just a single container.
Application
The paint is characterised by minimal dripping and excellent flow, which minimises the formation of roller marks.
For a perfect finish, it must be applied in two coats using a high-quality synthetic paint roller or a brush with synthetic bristles.
The surface to be painted must be clean, dry and free from grease. To ensure optimum adhesion and maximum colour depth, the substrate must be prepared with the appropriate Little Greene primer. This ensures uniform absorption and guarantees the durability of the finish.
Full mechanical strength is achieved once the paint is completely dry, ensuring the longevity of the renovation work carried out.

- Coverage: Approx. 14 m² per litre per coat (depending on the substrate)
- Drying times: Dust-dry after 1 hour, recoatable after 2 hours
